For licensed agents

The listing nobody
else knows about.

We work county records every day — code violations, tax delinquencies, pre-foreclosure filings, probate, vacancies. When a property in your territory turns up, it comes to you with the owner's contact and a script written for that situation.

Your territory

You choose the cities you work. Leads in that area rotate among partners there, so nobody gets buried and nobody gets starved.

Contact and script

Owner name, phone, and the public filing behind the classification — plus a script for that distress type, with the compliance lines that keep you safe.

You hold it

Thirty days on pre-foreclosure, ninety on everything else. Get a listing agreement signed and it's yours for good.

We verify every licence before any lead is released. That usually takes a day. You won't be billed until your subscription starts at checkout, and nothing is charged for a lead that doesn't close.

About you

This is how leads reach you, and how you sign in.

Your licence

You work these leads under your broker, and your broker's rules govern. We need their licence on file.

Your territory

Separate with commas. Territories are not exclusive — busy cities carry more than one partner.

The agreement

You pay $99 a month for platform access and lead assignment. Cancel any time; the month you've paid for isn't refunded.

Your brokerage pays 30% of the listing-side commission when a lead we sent you closes. It comes off the settlement statement at closing, handled by the closing attorney. If it doesn't close, nothing is owed.

You hold a lead for 30 days on pre-foreclosure, 90 days otherwise. Record a signed listing agreement and the clock stops. Otherwise it returns to the pool for another partner.

You work under your broker. We don't supervise you, we're not party to your transactions, and your brokerage's policies govern everything you do.

The data comes from public records and skip trace. It can be wrong or out of date. Verify before you rely on it, and check the Do Not Call registries before you dial.

Some of these owners are in default. Several states regulate how anyone may communicate with a homeowner facing foreclosure. Know your state's rules, and follow the compliance notes on every script.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Leads begin once we've verified your licence.
