CoreVest TC

Your deadlines, chased.
Not just tracked.

Most transaction software hands you a checklist and wishes you luck. SAMMIE emails the lender, chases what's late every morning until it's done, and keeps every party looking at the same file.

Built by a Realtor licensed since 2005, across Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia.

Why this is different

Software tells you a deadline passed.
A coordinator does something about it.

A missed deadline that sits for three days doesn't mean somebody forgot. It usually means the buyer has gone quiet with their lender, and the lender has stopped answering you. That's a deal dying, and you find out last.

Straight answers

What happens after the 14 days?

You're charged. Cancel before then and you're not — no call to make, no form to find, and we don't ask why.

Do the other parties need an account?

No, and that's deliberate. Agents won't sign up for another system. Everyone gets a private link that opens their view of the transaction — no password, nothing to install.

What if I stop paying?

You can't open new transactions, but every closed file stays readable. Those records have legal weight and we're not holding them hostage.

Is this replacing my transaction coordinator?

If you don't have one, it does the job. If you do, it makes them faster — most coordinators handle noticeably more files once the chasing runs itself. Judgment calls still need a person, which is why Concierge exists.

I'm an assistant, not an agent. Is this for me?

Especially. Run your agent's files on the platform and you're doing the work of a full TC operation. Our training is free if you want the credential to go with it.

Which states?

The platform works anywhere. Our own coordination service covers Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia, where we're licensed.
